We take on all the wedding stress so that you can enjoy your day. We offer planning,  day or week of coordination, as well as  tear down services. Our coordinators are with you every step of the way to ensure your wedding is as special as you planned.

Your personalized package will focus on your specific needs. Whether we are assisting you with vendors, full week of coordinating or a personalized day of coordinator you will have our committment to treat your special day as if it were our own wedding day.   

Our full scale wedding planning begins with "Yes and ends at "I Do". From the minute you contact us you will feel like you are working with a close friend. Add us to your friends list and we will get started. From exploring venues and choosing your colors, to visiting vendors. We will be with you every step of the way in planning and bringing your vision to life. 

If you like being involved in the planning and have already contracted with your vendors, but just need someone to help bring it all together, then our week of coordinator is the perfect option for you.  With this package we contact all your vendors, verify all your plans and arrange to meet up with your vendors at your venue the day of the wedding. From verifying nail appointments, hair, make-up, bartenders and your guest list we will cover all those last minute items. Leaving you stress free and ready to become a Mrs. 

We also, verify out of town guests accommodations, arrange transportation, verify hotel arrangements and even book flights.. You will have nothing at all to do but attend your final dress fitting and enjoy some time with family and friends.

Your day will be perfectly organized. We handle all the worry and treat your special day as if it were our own. Therefore, it is difficult to put our speciality services into words as we start everything with a personal touch and end it with the sentiments of a family hug. 

Our day of coordinator will ensure your day is organized, everything is in place and the day goes off without a hitch. Your personalized coordinator will be in touch with every vendor, verifying their arrival and set up times.  She will arrive 2 hours before your ceremony to ensure everything is set up just as you planned. From your pew bows or  archways to securing your aisle runner. You will not have to worry about a thing. Once your flowers arrive she will make sure things are kept safe until you and your bridesmaids are ushered into place. The groom and ushers will all have their boutonnières pinned on, as well as the corsages for your family members or special guests. We will ensure your program and exiting items, such as bubbles & birdseed and are in place and acceptable for for guests. Ones we do do the last layout of your wedding train and you are heading down the aisle we will quietly slip out the door. Your transportation will then be verified and waved into place. We will then head to your reception venue to ensure everything has been delivered and your venue is set up properly and professionally. From your centerpieces to cake greenery we will assist in placement and last minute decorations. We are also happy to greet any early arrival guests and direct them to your venue until your door designated door greeter arrives. We will be anticipating your arrival and ready to coordinate your grand entrance just the way you planned.

• Personally meet with you to discuss your vision and offer suggestions for needed planning.
• Contact your Vendors and coordinate their services
• Set-up a timeline of events and distribute to everyone involved
• Verify details
• Coordinate with Bride on first meeting location, home, church, venue
• Meet florist for set-up and ensure all arrangements, pew decor, aisle runner are in place
• Verify programs are accessible
• Pin all all corsages and Boutonnières 
• Check on Bride and bridal party, ensure their bouquets are in a safe place and they have easy access
• Do periodic checks on bridal party and groomsmen 
• Bring extra items for unexpected mishaps. Stain remover, nail glue, lip gloss, hair spray, tissues etc. 
• When it is time, usher everyone into place.
• When approbate signal the flower girl and ring bearer, mini brideasmaid and keep them spaced out
• Signal bridesmaids
• Remind Maid of honor to fluff the back of your dress then move them into position to head down the aisle
• Signal bride into position and the do a final layout of your wedding train and veil.
• Verify exiting items are readily available and slip out
• Verify transportation moves into place and signage/decorations are in place
• Head to reception venue
• Verify all vendors are set-up and added finishing touches (We also do a morning of check-in and verification of delivery)
• Check decorations, entertainment (DJ), chair sashes and lighting. Ensure caterer and bartenders are set-up and ready. Verify cake greenery has been placed and  add if it has been forgotten. 
• Greet early guest arrival until your door greeter arrives
• Once you arrive we signal the music/DJ to announce you and bridal party.
• At this point we usually exit, but can stay to coordinate your whole event, including the meal service, cake cutting and we even offer a tear down service for an extra fee.
